To cancel your order, notify us by email at info@mrsweep.online or by calling 07380 805 327 within 14 days of receipt. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us about your return.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you even if the products have not reached your address, and unless they are delivered damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Your right to cancel your order within 14 days will not apply to any products we have made or customised specifically for you.

A full refund of the amount paid will be given as soon as possible after an order is cancelled and goods are returned.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we may charge for the reduction in value.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
